For the following professional services for the year commencing January 1, 2023: 1) Financial Advisory Services 2) Legal Services - General Counsel 3) Legal Services - Bond Counsel 4) Engineering Services - Environmental Engineer 5) Engineering Services - LSRP 6) Auditing Services - Auditor It is recommended that each proposal be hand delivered to the Pollution Control Financing Authority ("PCFACC"). The PCFACC assumes no responsibility for delays in any form of carrier, mail or delivery service causing the proposal to be received at the PCFACC no later than the above referenced scheduled opening date. Nothing herein is intended to exclude any responsible firm, or in any way restrain or restrict competition. All responsible firms are encouraged to submit proposals. The PCFACC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals submitted in the best interest of the PCFACC and it further reserves the right to waive any defect or informality in any proposal should it be in the best interest of the PCFACC. Proposers are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c. 127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27) and N.J.S.A. 10:5-31. This Request For Proposals does not constitute a bid and is intended solely to obtain competitive proposals from which the PCFACC may choose a contractor(s) that best meet(s) the PCFACC's needs. It is the PCFACC's intent that no statute, regulation or common law bidding requirement applies to this Request for Proposals. The method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
