Demolition, site work and addition to a library in Campton, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the addition of a 4,132-square-foot, one-story above grade library; for the demolition of a library; and for site work for a library.

Said proposals will be for a one-story, 4, 132 SF, Community Room Addition including public restrooms, employee breakroom and restroom, and a connector space to the existing library. This is a concrete slab-on-grade, structural steel building with steel bar joist and membrane roof, mansard with standing seam metal roof panels, metal stud exterior walls with face brick veneer. This is a turnkey project including all site work. The project site is located at 164 KY Hwy 15 North, Campton, KY 41301. Bid proposals shall be accompanied by a 5% bid bond. The bond shall be payable to the Wolfe County Public Library. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond and a payment bond for the full amount of the contract sum. The bidders shall include with their proposal a time schedule of work and proposed completion date. The date of commencement of the work shall be the date the Standard Abbreviated Form of Agreement between Owner and Contractor (A104- 2017) is signed by both parties to this contract.. Bidders shall submit a cost breakdown based on specification division along with a list of subcontractors upon the request of the architent. Any proposed substitutions of specified material, products, fixtures, and equipment shall be included with the Form of Proposal. The Architect's decision of approval or disapproval of a proposed substitution shall be final.
