other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect This project is for the rehabilitation to Kinch Dam including replacing the concrete spillway, improving the outlet apron stone, flattening the downstream slope, installing an underdrain filter and monitoring system at the toe, repointing the existing gate house walls, installing a flow meter vault, replacing the low level drain pipe, and installation of upstream slope protection. The Project shall be completed within 120 days of Notice to Proceed. Work shall not commence later than May 1, 2023. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids will be received on an itemized unit price basis. Bids should not include sales and compensating use taxes on materials.
