The Corporation of the District of North Vancouver (the Owner) invites tenders for ITT-059-22 Livable Deep Cove – Gallant Avenue Public Realm Renewal. The scope of the Work generally involves but is in not limited to tree clearing, removal and disposal of existing concrete curb, sidewalk, asphalt; the construction of concrete sidewalks, pavers, and rollover curbs, the supply and installation of bollards, street lighting, soil cells, installation, landscaping, rain gardens, street furniture, and paving, complex traffic management, stakeholder management, property restoration and submission of record drawings. The Contract is generally for the following work: .1 Tree removals and new tree planting including soil cells .2 Removal and disposal of existing concrete curb & gutter, sidewalk and asphalt .3 Construction of new concrete sidewalks, concrete unit paver flexible parking lanes, rollover curbs, and one-way asphalt travel lanes .4 Supply and install streetlights, conduit, and auxiliary power conduits and fixtures .5 Water and sewer service renewals between property line and mains .6 Pavement markings and signage .7 Supply and install benches and other street furniture such as bike locks .8 Boulevard and property restoration .9 Complex traffic management through the already constructed Naughton Avenue detour road, and .10 Submission of record drawings Documents can be obtained from https://dnv.bidsandtenders.ca/
