The Work includes but is not limited to the erection of a pre-fabricated/ pre-engineered amphitheater structure (already purchased by the City of Crestwood from RCP Shelters, Inc), concrete footings, slab and additional work to the structure as shown in the plans. The project also includes pedestrian walkways, stone wall, stone boulder retaining wall, stormwater design, and site lighting as shown on the plans. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Architect in writing via email. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Architect in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda emailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Architect as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than nine days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered (on or before November 29, 2022). Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding.
