Renovation of an educational facility in Corpus Christi, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project scope consists of providing and installing a new natural gas generator, with an automatic transfer switch, and installing a wood screen fence around the generator. Bidders must submit an acceptable Bid Security with their Bid as a guarantee that the Bidder will enter into a contract for the Project with the Owner within 10 days of Notice of Award of the Contract. The security must be payable to the City of Corpus Christi, Texas in the amount of 5 percent (5%) of the greatest amount bid. Question Deadline 03/27/2024 at 4:00 PM CT. All inquiries or requests regarding this RFB must be submitted in writing online. City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive technicalities, to re-advertise for new bids or to proceed with the work in any manner as may be considered in the best interest of the City.
