Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Eldon, Missouri. Conceptual plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; golf course; playground / park / athletic field; and for the construction of a bridge / tunnel.
Airpark Disc Golf Course. Remove old mower bridge and reconstruct new concrete bridge. City will provide pipe.Remove and replace multiple smaller bridges with concrete footing and wooden walkway.Remove 2 dead trees and multiple low hanging branches from trees throughout course.Remove all debris from trees trimming to maintain aesthetic and safety of park.Complete documentation of quantities, times, and locations as required by law and statute. The City of Eldon is accepting bids for Airpark disc golf course needing updates to multiple walking bridges that have been damaged by high waters through creeks. Main bridge (mower bridge) needs concrete removed and replaced. Bridge needs to be widened to fit mowers across and strengthened to ensure high waters will not wash it away. Dead trees need to be removed and low hanging branches on walking paths or in the way of disc golf need trimmed to maintain course. Contractor must have demonstrated experience in construction, concrete and tree trimming. Contractor must be familiar with cost of building material and knowledge of bridge construction. Contractor must have an Eldon Business License or procure one prior to demolition. Contractor must be insured and name the City of Eldon as an additional insured. Contractor must have their own equipment.
