General 1. Scope: Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to clean the offices at North Hartland Lake and Union Village Dam. Services are to be provided in accordance with the following specifications and schedule. Moving and replacing of office furniture, equipment, and miscellaneous materials to accomplish the described work shall be the responsibility of the contractor. All work will be completed to the satisfaction of the Technical Point of Contact (TPOC). 2. Location: North Hartland Lake Office is located at 112 Clay Hill Road in North Hartland, Vermont. Union Village Dam Office is located at 2 Main Street in East Thetford, Vermont. Schedule: In addition, the Government may exercise one (1) optional year with the same scope of services. The Optional year would include a period of performance from 1 January 2024 thru 31 December 2024. The Pre-Work Conference shall be completed within 14 days of Contract Award. All submittals to include safety and product submittals shall be submitted, reviewed, and accepted within 30 days of Contract Award.
