PROJECT OVERVIEW: The Carl Vinson VA Medical Center located in Dublin, Georgia is seeking a qualified Architectural Engineering firm to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and design services to include Schematics, Design Development, Construction Documents, Technical Specifications, Construction Period Services, Site Visits, Cost Estimates, AsBuilt Documentation, and all other related services necessary for the Relocate Radiology and Nuclear Medicine. This project will relocate Radiology department & Nuclear Medicine ( currently located in Building 4A) into former 5A Primary Care Space ( 10,934 sq.ft) and renovate ( 8,700 sq.ft) of former 5A Primary Care space for specialty care. The total amount of renovated space for this project is 19,634. The project also addresses FCA deficiencies a redesign.
