Category 1 - General Contractor For the purposes of this letter, the Surety must confirm that the Respondent has bonding capacity in place for CAD $15,000,000. Category 2 - Sub-Contractor (Microtunneling Works) For the purposes of this letter, the Surety must confirm that the Respondent has bonding capacity in place for CAD $1,500,000 for microtunneling activities under Contract 4 (WS3346).
