Through this request for qualification (RFQ), notice is hereby given that the City of Durham, North Carolina, General Services Department, is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from consultants to provide on-call professional services for 2023 - 2026 On-Call Professional Services: Geotechnical Engineering, Surveying and Cost Estimating for a multi-year portfolio of CIP and Maintenance and Replacement projects. This Master Agreement shall authorize Supplemental Agreements to be executed for a three (3) year period from the date of execution of this Agreement. Any Supplemental Agreement executed within four years of execution of this Master Agreement shall be binding for the time period set forth therein, and this Agreement and such Supplemental Agreement, and amendments to such Agreements, shall be binding for the time period set forth in the Supplemental Agreement. Any Supplemental Agreement executed within this four-year period may be amended for additional scope, fee or time after the four year period has expired.
