The Project is described as follows: New parking lot addition at Veterans Memorial High School 7618 E Evans Rd, San Antonio, TX 78266. Scope of the project will include two asphalt parking lots and one concrete rigid pavement parking lot, associated concrete curbs and concrete flatwork, chain-link fencing, band tower, underground storm drainage, water, and sewer utility extensions and all other work as shown on the construction plans. Alternate Bid scope will include the construction of the sports field complex. This work will include a synthetic turf field, bleacher systems and press box, associated concrete flatwork and rigid pavement, new home and visitor buildings, ticketing building, and storage building and all other work shown in the construction plans for the alternate scope.
