Renovation of a mixed-use development in Anchorage, Alaska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 25,000-square-foot fitness / recreation center.
Project is to remove and replace approximately twenty-thousand square feet (20,000 Sq. ft.) of flooring, twenty-five hundred linear feet (2500 LF) Cove Base, floor leveling, and mold remediation in building 690, Buckner Gym. Please note: this is a NAF requirement. All contactor invoices must be processed through 673 FSS/FSR and forwarded to AFSVC/VMXC Invoice Payments workflow (AFSVA.SVXF.InvoicePayments@us.af. mil) for payment. Ensure all correspondence regarding this project references AFBCIF #229002. Disclosure of magnitude: Between $500,000 and $1,000,000 A site visit will be held at Joint Base Elmendorf Richardson (JBER) on 22 November 2022 to start at 10:00 AM Alaska Time (AKT) at building 690. All costs associated with attending the site visit shall be borne by the offerors. Prospective offerors are urged to attend the site visit. If a contractor is unable to attend, there will be no Page 15 of 18 future site visits scheduled. All questions are due by 10:00 AKT, 29 Nov 2022. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
