Districtwide Classroom & Specialty AV Systems - BP3C. BID CATEGORIES: -Classroom AV Systems -Multipurpose AV Systems -Digital Signage Systems Scope Of Work 1. Sites requiring work include: a. Waverly High School b. Waverly Middle School c. East Intermediate School d. Elmwood Elementary School e. Winans Elementary School f. High School Baseball and Softball Press Boxes 2. The installation schedule is over the next 3 years. Equipment will be purchased as needed for upcoming installation; the district will not allow purchase of all equipment up front for the 3-year implementation. See specific bid section for schedule. 3. All work associated with this bid package as identified in the bid documents is this contractor's responsibility. 4. Demolition of existing space equipment and rack equipment with associated cabling, mounts, etc. 5. Bidders to include a $5,000.00 allowance in their bid response for small changes and added work 6. Bidders are encouraged to work with the manufacturers to obtain project pricing and pricing guarantees for the duration of the project 7.
