**As of February 2 ,2023, , project was awarded to Place Services Inc, awarded for a total cost of $3,065,200.00 for Bid Package 1 and Bid Package 2 at Westerville South High School.** Labor and materials necessary for South HS: HVAC & Curtainwall Replacement Projects, according to drawings and specifications prepared by TRIAD Architects, 614 942-1050. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Subject to the right of the Owner to reject any or all bids, the Owner will award the contracts to the lowest responsible bidders. The Work includes but is not limited to the following work at South HS: 1. Bid Package 1: All work for HVAC replacement: a. Chiller Replacement b. Boiler Replacement c. RTU replacement (6 units) d.
