Lakeview Public Schools will receive roofing contractor bids for the roof replacement work as specified over Princeton and Ardmore Elementary Schools within Lakeview Public School District located in St. Clair Shores, Michigan. Roofing Contractors must be certified by Firestone Building Products (soon to be Holcim Solutions and Products US, LLC / Elevate) or Carlisle SynTec (proof required with submission of your bid) and be able to perform warranted repairs to EPDM roofing currently under Firestone Warranty. An opaque envelope bearing your proposal must identify your company, the project being bid "Roof Maintenance" and "Sealed Bid, Do Not Open". The proposal shall be addressed to Sean Zaborowski, Director of Athletics & Operations, Lakeview Public Schools, 27575 Harper Ave., St Clair Shores, MI 48081. Each proposal must be submitted on the forms furnished in the Specifications and must be completed in full. Familial Disclosure Statement and the Affidavit of Compliance to the Iran Economic Sanctions Act must both be completed and notarized. A bid bond executed by a U.S. Treasury Listed Surety Company, or a cashier's check in the amount of 5% of the sum of the proposal payable to Lakeview Public Schools shall be submitted with each proposal in excess of $25,000. All proposals shall be firm for a period of sixty (60) days.
