Resurface from Route 54 to Route 61 near Bowling Green, the total length of improvement being 11.061 miles. (3): Job J2S3388 Route 161 MONTGOMERY, PIKE County. Resurface from Route M to Route I-70 near Danville in Montgomery County, the total length of improvement being 23.231 miles. (4): Job J2S3389 Route UU PIKE County. Seal Coat from Route 61 to Route 54 near Louisiana, the total length of improvement being 8.477 miles. (5): Job J2S3390 Route BU 61 PIKE County. Resurface from 0.3 mile south of Route UU to roundabout in Bowling Green, the total length of improvement being 3.547 miles. Range: 5M to 7.5M Each Bid Shall Be Accompanied by a Certified Check or Cashier's Check, Drawn on Any Bank or Trust Company and Payable to "Director of Revenue, Credit State Road Fund", or Bidders May Submit a Bid Bond for Each Project Bid or an Annual Bid Bond That Would Cover All Projects Bid for a Twelve Month Beginning July 1 and Ending June 30 of Each Missouri State Fiscal Year. Annual Bid Bond Forms Must Be Submitted by June 15 of Each Year. Bid bonds must be Submitted on a form furnished by the commission, executed by the bidder and corporate surety, and naming the "State of Missouri, acting by and Through the Missouri highways and transportation commission", as obligee) for an amount (or penal sum) equal to 5% or more of the bid, Which check or bond shall be deposited with the commission as a guaranty and forfeited in the event the bidder is found to be the successful bidder and fails to comply with the terms of the request for bid.
