Boulder Valley School District RE-2 (District) is seeking proposals from vendors to provide CMGC Services. Additional information is in Section 3" Scope of Services". General Information Boulder Valley School District (District) seeks proposals from qualified construction managers / general contractors (CMGC) for CMGC services for the project identified in Attachment A (Project) to this Request for Proposal (RFP). The successful vendor will be awarded a contract to provide the services as described in this RFP for the duration of the New Vista High School (NVHS) construction project (subject to annual appropriations as provided in the Contract). The District will not accept modifications to its form CMGC Agreement or the accompanying General Conditions. By submitting a proposal in response to this RFP, CMGC agrees that, if it is selected for an award of contract, it will sign the District's form CMGC Agreement. The District may reject proposals that do not comply with this requirement. If the successful CMGC and the District are not able to enter into the form CMGC Agreement, then the District may cancel the award and award the contract to another CMGC or exercise any of the rights available to it under this RFP.
