Description

Renovation of a water / sewer project in Annapolis, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

As of February 1, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The Work includes the following major items: new potable water service connection, replace stormwater culvert and increase riprap catch basin capacity, new waterproof hatches on air release and bypass vaults, raise emergency bypass vault, new drain line from bypass vault to existing sanitary sewer line, new pump and valve removal system and modification to existing floor structure, replace wire mesh over sump in dry well with grating, rotate lever operating check valves, remove existing catwalk and install platform and ships ladder at the base ofthe existing stairs in dry well, upgrade interior station lighting to LEDs, paint walls and ceilings on upper floor railings both upstairs and downstairs of SPS building after abatement of existing lead paint, and associated electrical and civil site work.
