All tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee corresponding to 10% of the total tendered price, in the form of a bond. The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders submitted and will not incur any obligation, lawsuit or claim for costs or losses incurred by the tenderers as a result of such decisions.
