Pavement Marking from the Oklahoma State line to 1 mile east of Prigmor Avenue in Joplin and on I-49 from I-44 west junction in Joplin to Rte. 175, the total length of improvement being 40.973 miles. (3): Job JSR0153 Route I-49 MCDONALD County. Pavement Marking from Rte. EE near Pineville to the Arkansas State line, the total length of improvement being 15.612 miles. (4): Job JSR0154 Route I-44 BATES County. Pavement marking from 0.5 mile south of Rtes. A/B in Archie to Rtes. A/B in Rich Hill, from Rte. 54 in Nevada to I-44, on Rte. 7 from 0.3 mile east of Rte. B in Creighton to Rte. 13 in Clinton and on Rte. 13 from 2nd Street in Clinton to Rte. WW in Greene, the total length of improvement being 365.031 miles. (5): Job JSU0151 Route I-44 GREENE County. Pavement marking from 0.1 mile east of Rte. 360 to 2 miles east of Rte. 125 in Strafford, the total length of improvement being 43.674 miles. Range: 1M to 2.5M Each Bid Shall Be Accompanied by a Certified Check or Cashier's Check, Drawn on Any Bank or Trust Company and Payable to "Director of Revenue, Credit State Road Fund", or Bidders May Submit a Bid Bond for Each Project Bid or an Annual Bid Bond That Would Cover All Projects Bid for a Twelve Month Beginning July 1 and Ending June 30 of Each Missouri State Fiscal Year. Annual Bid Bond Forms Must Be Submitted by June 15 of Each Year. Bid bonds must be Submitted on a form furnished by the commission, executed by the bidder and corporate surety, and naming the "State of Missouri, acting by and Through the Missouri highways and transportation commission", as obligee) for an amount (or penal sum) equal to 5% or more of the bid, Which check or bond shall be deposited with the commission as a guaranty and forfeited in the event the bidder is found to be the successful bidder and fails to comply with the terms of the request for bid.
