Site work and new construction of a parking garage in Miami, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a parking garage; and for site work for a parking garage.
This is our Design-Build project for the construction of the South Corridor Rapid Transit Project - SW 168th Street Park-and-Ride Garage. The facility will provide a Parking Garage structure. The ground level of the facility will consist of a rapid transit bus station, a local bus station, a Kiss-N-Ride term drop off and pick up area, various vehicle circulation ramps, and stairs and elevators for pedestrian circulation. This is our Design-Build project for the construction of the South Corridor Rapid Transit Project - SW 168 th Street Park-and-Ride Garage. The facility will provide a Parking Garage structure. The ground level of the facility will consist of a rapid transit bus station, a local bus station, a Kiss-N-Ride term drop off and pick up area, various vehicle circulation ramps, and stairs and elevators for pedestrian circulation. **We have broken ground and are currently buying out all scopes. The price requested is for the complete construction of: -Miscellaneous Steel, -Cabinet, -Roofing, -Openings (Doors and Storefront System), -Finishes and Miscellaneous Division 10 Scope of Work required by the Bid/Contract Documents for this project All RFI's, Letterhead Proposal(s) and Required Bid Form must be sent electronically to the Project Coordinator listed above and CC to Pre-Con Manager. IMPORTANT NOTE: All Contracted Subcontractors/Vendors are required to participate in Textura - Construction Payment Management. Subcontractors are responsible for the fee associated with this service, and must be incorporated in your base bid. Please review Textura overview brochure that has been made available on the FTP site and attached to these instructions. Subcontractors who have not been pre-qualified with OHLA Building please contact Anntonela Raffaele, Procurement Manager, via email at Anntonela.Raffaele@ohla-usa.com for further instructions & procedures. Drywall: 1. Provide framing, drywall and insulation for all new walls, soffits and ceilings at Bus Driver Lounge, and Bathrooms (4) areas per floor, ceiling, and wall type plans. Do not include rooms # 100, 200, 300 and 502 (Vestibule area). 2. All Gypsum Board shall be 5/8" type X otherwise noted. Wall types per details shown on sheets ADT830_11 and ADT-831_11. 3. Provide fall exterior framing and sheathing for the elevator/corbel per details shown on sheet ADT846_11 and ADT-703_11 through ADT-706_11. 4. All Durock Cement Boards in Bathrooms. 5. Provide all drywall finishes, including ceiling, and wall type drawings. All new gypsum wall boards shall receive all level 4 finish. 6. Provide all the required insulation. 7. Hang all hollow metal doorframes and access panel in drywall partitions and ceiling, supply by others. Grouting of hollow metal framing. 8. Interior non-combustible plywood sheathing and backing where indicated on Drawings. Coordinate and include all interior wood blocking shown. 9. Acoustic caulking and fire caulking as required at sound and/or fire/smoke rated partitions. 10. Provide all rated walls stenciling as required 11. Provide heavy gauge metal backing and wood blocking for wall mounted rails, toilet accessories, fire extinguishers cabinets, grab bars, wall mounted door hardware, cabinets, casework and cubicle tracks, window, etc. 12. Fire Rated Plywood for Mechanical Rooms. 13. Fire-retardant treatment per construction general notes Stucco: 2. This Sub acknowledges that the Basis-of-Design for Stucco System is based on General Project Notes and Bid Documents. Do not apply Stucco Finish on Shear Walls. 3. Provide all the 3/4 " stucco finish at new masonry (CMU) at Bus Driver Lounge, Toilets, Fire and Water Pump, MDF IT Room, Switchgear Room per floor and elevation Drawings. 4. Provide all the stucco finish for Dumpster per details on sheet ASP-033_11. 5. Provide metal lath and stucco for the elevator/corbel per details shown on sheet ADT-846_11 and ADT703_11 through ADT-706_11. 1. Furnish and install all bond agent, stucco bands and score lines reveal per building elevations. 2. Furnish and install all expansion and control joints as required for Cement Plaster System for walls. 3. Furnish and install all stucco miscellaneous items for a complete system. 1. All surface preparation as required. 6. Products are to be single source 7. Provide all sealant / caulking for all exterior perimeter openings such as window and doors. Paint: 1. This Sub acknowledges that the Basis-of-Design for Paint System is based on General Project Notes and Bid Documents. 2. Prepare and paint all walls and ceilings per floor, reflected ceiling, wall types and elevation drawings. 3. Paint all Restrooms, and Bus Driver Lounge walls and ceilings per Finish Schedule on sheet ADT-851_11. Do not include rooms # 100, 200, 300 and 502. 4. Paint all interior walls and ceiling at Stairwell # 1, 2, and 3. 5. Paint all exterior Concrete wall per Elevation Plans. 6. Paint all interior walls and columns at Parking Garage. Do not include paint in interior Mechanical Rooms and Parking Garage Ceiling. 7. Paint all exterior CMU walls (stucco finish) for Toilets, Driver's Lounge, Mechanical Rooms, Pump Rooms, and MDF IT Room, Emergency Generator, Switchgear room and Dump Enclosure. 8. Paint all exposed Metal Decking Ceiling, Concrete Ceiling and HSS Columns & Beams at Elevator Lobbies, level 5th per details shown on sheet ADT-705_11, ADT706_11 and ADT-846_11. 9. Paint all Concrete Columns Corner Guards at Garage and any exposed steel member. 10. Paint all frames and doors. 11. Provide all Epoxy wall paint per finish schedule at Restrooms. 12. Paint all the galvanized steel bollard located at Dump Enclosure (6) and Platform (7) shown on sheet AFP201_11. 13. Paint all Stair's Guardrails and Railings. 14. Paint all exposed Plumbing and Fire Protection pipes per MEPF drawings. 15. All surface preparation as required. 16. Provide all Special Paint Finishes as per finish drawings. 17. Provide all sealant / caulking for all exterior perimeter openings such as window and doors. Provide Breakdown Cost. 18. Protection of work and adjacent surfaces and materials. Masking and poly materials as required. 19. Provide all Attic Stock as specified on Documents. 20. Provide mockup paint samples for each color of paint to be approved. Porcelain/Ceramic Tile: 1. Ceramic tile walls at restrooms per room finish schedule and Bathroom Elevations on sheetADT-851_11 and AFP-260_11. 2. Provide all marble thresholds. 3. Tile setting and grouting material including epoxy grout. 4. Waterproofing membrane, cleavage membrane and whisper mat including reinforcement and accessories over backerboard. Backerboard by other. 5. Mortar bed and mud beds beneath floor tiles as required for proper slope fordrainage. 6. Tile accessories included trims per drawing. 7. Full installation of all items in this contract includes any assembly, fasteners, adhesives, blocking, reinforcing, adjustment, trim pieces, or closure pieces, etc. required for properinstallation. 8. Thresholds and floor transitions 9. Provide all attic stocks as specified on Bid Documents. Structural Steel and Miscellaneous Metal Scope: 1. All Structural Steel and Miscellaneous scope of work are per Bid Documents, including Architect, Structural Drawings and Specifications. 2. Provide all HSS Columns, Columns and Metal Decking at Elevator Vestibule per details shown on sheet ADT-846_11, ADT-855_11, and ADT-703_11 through ADT-706_11. 3. Provide all Elevator Hoist, Divider Beam and Steel Beam Plates for all Elevators per details shown on sheets SDT-511_11, SSC-352_11, ADT-704_11, ADT-706_11, ADT-711_11. 4. Provide all Aluminum Window Wall Steel Support at Elevator Shaft per details shown on sheet ADT711_11, and SSC-352_11. Steel Beam Support Plates by others. 5. Provide all steel angles and aluminum sheathing in lieu of metal stud and sheathing densglass 5/8 per detail 2/ADT-711_11. 6. Provide all Steel Access Ladder and Sump Pit Floor Grate for all Elevators Pits per details shown on sheets ADT-711_11, and ADT-703 through ADT-706_11, including the stop steel angle for the sill assembly. 7. Provide all Stair Rail and Guardrail for stair # 1, 2 and 3 per stair details on sheets ADT-700_11 through ADT-702_11, and ADT-710_11. 8. Provide all infill CMW wall brace angles @ 8'-0" O.C. in between webs per detail 7/SDT-510_11. 9. Provide all infill masonry wall braces (L3x2xx3/16 LLB hot dipped galvanized) per detail 9/SDT-510_11. 10. Provide the Metal Screen Gate for the Dumpster per details on sheet ASP-003_11. 11. Provide all Column Concrete Metal Guards at Garage. 12. Provide all Pipe Steel Guard Protection per details on sheet PDT-501_11, 1/ADT-846_11 and Plumbing Drawings. 13. Furnish all 8" Galvanized Steel Bollards for Dumpster areas (6) and Platform (7) per details on sheet ASP003_11 and AFP-220_11. And SFP-202_11. Bollard footing and installation will be by others. 14. Any other Structural Steel and/or miscellaneous metal not mentioned above but shown on Bid/Contract Documents
