The tenderer may not come to the site for a site visit without first obtaining a confirmation email from the tender manager . The mode of adjudication retained by the City for this call for tenders is that which uses a system of weighting and evaluation of the offers including the price (also known under the expression "system of weighting and evaluation of the offers to one (1) envelope). awrd is subject to final approval.
