A project for the establishment of a new administrative building, commonly known as Modernization du Center Lebourgneuf (MCL), is currently being planned. The new building will be located on a portion of the site's current parking lot. Work related to the construction of the MCL project will temporarily, but significantly, impact the availability of parking spaces on the site. A need for parking spaces for vehicles and buses has therefore been identified for the duration of the MCL project work to maintain operations. The Reseau de transport de la Capitale (RTC), hereinafter referred to as the ORDERING PARTY, wishes to award a contract for the development of storage areas with a total area of approximately 15,000 m 2 , including an area snow deposit of 2,600 m 2 mainly.
