Completion Date: Sept. 8, 2023 Site Directions: Pfiffner Pioneer Park, 1100 Crosby Avenue - Stevens Point Description: The work under this contract shall consist of, but is not limited to: removal of the existing membrane roofing, repair of the roof deck, installation of new EPDM roofing, metal arch base repair assembly, carpentry, metal flashing and trim, metal siding, metal soffit and facia, concrete surface repair, salvage and reinstallation of lighting, salvage and reinstallation of video camera, removal of miscellaneous stage rigging and electrical, and site cleanup.
