TRWD is hereby inviting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for vendors with 3D GIS and/or Revit model expertise with specific industry qualifications and certifications. The following activities constitute potential components of scope of services to be provided depending on the requirements of each related task order: Using existing LiDAR scans, record drawings, and/or existing 2D GIS features or CAD drawings available to develop full Revit models. Conduct site visits as needed to support or develop recommendations. Provide technical support to TRWD staff and produce detailed standard operating procedures for building Revit models. Produce 3D models to be integrated into TRWD's GIS environment. Bid forms obtained from any source other than the District may be incomplete and bidders risk not receiving necessary addenda, or other required documents causing bid to be considered non-responsive, and eliminating the bid from award. The District will not be responsible for the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of the final bid documents obtained from other sources. Questions are to be submitted using the Question and Answer process on the Procurement portal. Response to questions posted on the Procurement portal will be posted on the portal by the District for the benefit of all bidders. A response will be given for questions submitted by end of day November 22, 2022.
