The Navajo Fair Office is soliciting proposals from qualified firms/consultants capable of furnishing a new HVAC system for the Navajo Nation Sports Center located on the Navajo Nation Fair Grounds. The HVAC will serve for future conferences, meetings, and planned events. In addition, the qualified firm will deliver and install the new HVAC that will provide heating and cooling in all offices, gyms, kitchens, bathrooms, and open spaces. The firms/consultants shall deliver services and provide HVAC units, air vents, and duct services to install an HVAC service within the Sports Center Navajo Nation Fairgrounds according to the Requirements Policy. Any upgrades need to comply with OSHA standards and other applicable buildings and safety codes to ensure the health and safety of the building occupants. Work: 1. Provide routine preventative HVAC maintenance services, including air vents and duct services. 2. Major and minor repairs on the HVAC, air vents, and duct systems. 3. Provide services when needed. 4. Provide new materials used on all HVAC, air vents, and duct systems and shall be free of defects and pass inspection. 5. Provide labor, supplies, parts, and equipment for the HVAC, air vents, and duct services. 6. Provide a timeline of when work is ultimately more extended than 24 hours, dependent upon the supplies needed for the work. 7. Provide start-up and inspections before the start of services and after services have been completed. 8. Provide a sticker for the HVAC system to verify the service date. 9. Routine maintenance and repairs shall be done in accordance with federal and Navajo. The selection shall be in accordance with the Navajo Nation Business Opportunity Act (NNBOA), NNC Title 5, Chapter 2, Section 205 et. seq. The selected firm shall comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations ofthe NNBOA, where applicable. The Navajo Nation reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any informality it considers to be in the best interest.
