Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Ormond Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The City of Ormond Beach is seeking bids for materials, labor, equipment, tools and all items necessary to install fencing as per plans. This will consist of approximately 700 LF of 10' Vinyl Chain Link Fence replaced with all new posts, fittings, top, middle and bottom rails. Exiting 6 gauge 1 3/4 " mesh fabric can be reused and re-stretched on new framework. Removal of existing framework (include disposal fees), cut off existing posts/flush, new posts installed offset to existing post locations and set in concrete, replace all fittings with new and all top, middle, bottom rails with fittings as required. Two new walk gates (one for each double court). Additionally, windscreens and awnings removed prior to fence removal, reinstalled once new fence is installed and 300 LF of new 6' windscreen installed. The City reserves the following rights: to waive informalities in any bid/proposal/quote; to reject any or all bids/proposals/quotes or portions of bids/proposals/quotes; to accept any bid/proposal/quote or portions of bids/proposals/quotes deemed to be in the best interest of the City; and to negotiate or refuse to negotiate with any offer.
