The purpose of this solicitation for JEA McMillian St Pump Station - 42-in Force Main Rehabilitation (this "Solicitation") is to evaluate and select a vendor to provide furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to access the site, clean, CCTV, inspect, test, and rehabilitate the existing 42-inch McMillan RCP force main, and grout fill the existing 18-inch Kinlock force main as shown on the Drawings and as specified in the contract documents.as described in this Solicitation (the "Work") and to determine the best method for JEA to procure the Work with regards to pricing, quality, design, and workmanship.
