Site work for a water / sewer project in Mobile, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Furnishing all labor, materials, and performing all work for Hutchens Force Main Reroute. Bids must be submitted on the standard forms included with the Contract Documents. The Bidder's Alabama State Contractor's License Number and discipline shall be on the envelope. Bid guarantee in the form of certified check, bid bond, or Irrevocable Letter of Credit acceptable to the Board will be required for at least 5% of the bid amount, not to exceed $10,000. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in bids received. All bids must be submitted on a numbered set of specifications obtained from Volkert, Inc. as described in the Instructions to Bidders. No specifications will be issued later than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the time indicated for receiving bids.
