Renovation of a municipal facility in Robstown, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of October 30, 2024 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The project scope of work includes: 1. Minority participation goal is 45%. 2. Minority Business Enterprise participation goal is 15% 1. Remove two (2) existing 100KW diesel generators and automatic transfer switches at the Cefe Valenzuela Landfill. Provide and install (2) new 100KW diesel generators and automatic transfer switches complete with new foundations. Salvage and deliver existing generators to Owners maintenance facility. September 4, 2024 by 4:00 P.M. Requests for Clarification from Bidders are due 2. Provide a temporary generator to maintain power to the Scale House and Crew Building for scheduled power outages. Provide 48 hours notice. 3. Contractor shall be responsible for windstorm certification.
