As of Jan 5 the project was awarded to Anchor Mechanical for $47,642.30. Consideration of contract award will likely be made on Tuesday, December 20, 2022. The Forest Preserve Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities. The Project Manager / Engineer's estimate is $65,000 including all alternates. All bids must be received prior to the date and time shown. No late bids will be accepted. This project is subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, 820 ILCS 130/0.01 et seq. The contractor shall also abide by the employment of Illinois Workers on Public Works Act (30 ILCS 570, sec 1-7).
