Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Erlanger, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Erlanger is accepting bids for the removal and replacement of concrete street and sidewalk on Crescent Avenue near the intersection with Kenton Lands Road. The total project consists of approximately 640 SY of concrete street replacement, 225 SY of concrete sidewalk replacement, and 185 SY of new concrete sidewalk, and other appurtenances. Each sealed bid shall be accompanied by either a cashier's check or satisfactory bid bond, in a sum, which is not less than five (5%) percent of the aggregate amount of the bid, payable to the City of Erlanger. The successful bidder will be required to execute and to provide construction contract security of an amount not less than one hundred percent of the bid. The City will evaluate all submitted bids in accordance with resident bidder preferences pursuant to KRS 45A.490-494. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
