Site work for a road / highway in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The project involves construction of a new bulkhead (up to approx. 425 LF), backfilling behind the new bulkhead, finishing grading of backfill area, and restoration of all disturbed areas. Note: The length of new bulkhead will be dependent on the location of the OCRM Critical Line as determined at the time of construction; actual bulkhead length to vary. Contractor shall submit information with his Bid Proposal to demonstrate experience with successful completion of similar types of projects and that he possesses the capability and availability of staff and equipment to complete this work during the specified time period. It is the intention of the Owner (City of North Myrtle Beach) for the successful bidder to commence work for this project by mid-January 2023; depending on Contractor availability and proposed project schedule. Bidder shall be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds, each in an amount of 100% of the Contract price. *The value for this project is based on a financial range of $460,000 to $510,000. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
