Alternative accessible formats of this notice are available upon request. BID SECURITY: Each bid will be accompanied by Bid Security in the amount of not less than TEN PERCENT (10%) of the total amount of the bid. PERFORMANCE, LABOR & MATERIAL BOND: Successful bidders shall, upon signature of the contract, furnish an approved Performance Bond, and Labor & Material Payment Bond, each in the amount of ONE HUNDRED PERCENT (100%) of the contract. WITHDRAWAL OF BIDS: No Bidder may withdraw their Bid for at least THIRTY (30) days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids, except as noted in the Instructions to Bidders. RIGHT TO REJECT BIDS: The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, to evaluate the bids submitted and to accept the proposal which best serves the interests of the Owner.
