Demolition, site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
For: UPPER SALT DAMS 16-A AND 27-A SPILLWAY REPLACEMENT LANCASTER COUNTY,NEBRASKA The project consists of the removal of 145 LF of aged CMP principal spillway and riser structure and replacement with 147 LF of CMP pipe and riser structure in an earthen dam and other incidental items necessary. The project also consists of the removal of 107 LF of aged CMP principal spillway and riser structure and replacement with 118 LF of CMP pipe and riser structure in an earthen dam and other incidental items necessary. There are two separate project sites, both located in Lancaster County, Nebraska. Envelopes containing the bids shall be sealed and must be accompanied by a certified check or bidder's bond in an amount of not less than five percent of the amount bid. The check or bond shall be made payable to the Treasurer, Lower Platte South Natural Resources District as security that the bidder to whom the award is made will enter into a contract to complete the rehab project and furnish the required bonds. Bids will be publically opened and read at the District's office at that time and place. No bid shall be withdrawn after opening bids without consent of the Lower Platte South Natural Resources District for a period of 45 days after the scheduled time for closing bids. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding.
