The City of Lancaster, PA (hereafter the City) owns the Oyster Point Fill Site located at 1621-1625 Stony Battery Road, Lancaster, PA 17601 (hereafter the Premises). The City seeks a Contractor (hereafter the Proposer) with which to enter into a Land Use Agreement (hereafter the Contract) for use of said land for the purposes of taking over the remaining capacity of the fill site, including but not limited to, permitting and maintenance, with use of an adjacent two-acre stone lot for the orderly storage of job trailers, storage containers, construction materials, equipment, and other construction-related items related to any Projects that Proposer may be engaged in (subject to applicable township approvals at the proposers effort and cost). The successful proposer will enter into up to a 3-year Contract with the City, expiring no later than December 31, 2025. Bid Date 11/29/2022 at 11:00 AM ET
