City-Wide Elevator Maintenance See bid documents for times and locations. A requirement of the contract includes a certification that Bidder is not currently engaged in and agrees for the duration of the contract not to engage in a boycott of Israel. The City of North Las Vegas is seeking vendors to submit Bids for a City Wide Elevator Maintenance Program. The City has a total of eight elevators located in four different facilities that require monthly inspections, routine and emergency maintenance and repair. See the spreadsheet at the end of this Scope of Work for a detailed listing of City elevators. All questions or concerns must be submitted electronically in the NGEM System or via e-mail to Joy Yoshida, Buyer, at yoshidaj@cityofnorthlasvegas.com. The cut-off time for all questions is November 28, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. local time. All questions received will be consolidated and answered AFTER the question cut off period via Addendum on NGEM. Any questions received after the question cut off period will not be answered. The City reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, waive any informality or technicality, or to otherwise accept Bids deemed in the best interest of the City. The Contract shall have a term of three (3) years or as otherwise stated in the Contract.
