Shidler Waste Water Treatment Plant Lagoon Improvements WWTP lagoon upgrade to include the installation of an influent flow meter and placement of rip rap on center dike. Site Directions:2000 feet east of Cosden Ave on Barber Ave then take access road south to wastewater treatment lagoons. This project consists of furnishing all required materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and personnel to perform all necessary labor for the rehabilitation of the Shidler WWTP Lagoon Improvements. This project is eligible for sales tax exemption.
