The building will be occupied for the duration of the work, clients of elderly people, some of whom have reduced motor skills. Complex of approximately 100 dwellings in addition to the offices of the Office occupying a portion of the ground floor. Work planned following the facade inspection report carried out in 2020. Work will begin as soon as good weather appears in the spring of 2023 and as soon as all the materials are in the contractor's possession. The contractor must carry out the work expeditiously and continuously to ensure substantial completion of the work no later than December 31, 2023.
