*As of March 1, 2023, an apparent low bidder has been identified, however, a general contractor has not been awarded. The project expands a new trail connection at Guilbeau Rd. with a trailhead and parking lot with 27 permeable stalls at the French Creek Greenway. The parking lot will drain into a low impact development (LID) bio-swale of native plants and boulders. Project amenities will include a drinking fountain, signage, minor trailhead amenities, landscaping, accessible parking stalls, tree planting, and irrigation. The Deadline for questions is scheduled for December 2, 2022 at 4:00 P.M. CST. This is a Qualified Low Bid Solicitation.
