Purchase of the following new road equipment, to wit: One (1) or more hydraulic excavators for use by Supervisors' District No. 4, Marion County, Mississippi, with the following minimum specifications, to wit: Machine shall be new and current production model. Machine base operating weight shall be no less than 30,400lb Engine net power shall be 73hp or greater. Engine shall not require DEF in after treatment process Machine shall be equipped with a dealer-installed mechanical thumb and a 48" bucket with side cutters. Machine shall be long undercarriage configuration with 28" track shoes Machine shall be equipped with 3 rd function hydraulic valve and lines and be quick coupler-ready Maximum reach at ground level shall be at least 28" 5" Maximum loading height shall be at least 21' 1"" Total transport height shall not exceed 10' 6" Total transport length shall not exceed 25' 6" Total transport weight shall not exceed 32,000lb. Machine shall come equipped with bottom guard, center track guiding guards, and idler guards Bid price shall include full machine warranty for 5 years/5000 hours. Dealer shall have a parts and service facility within 35 miles of Foxworth, MS. If dealer-provided operator training is available, it shall be stated in the bid. Machine shall be available for delivery within 7 days of receipt of purchase order. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all informalities. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any bid offering a brand of equipment which has proven unsatisfactory to the Board of Supervisors in prior use.
