The Project Scope of Improvements includes the complete reconstruction of Timbergate Drive from Snowgoose Road to Staples Street (approximately 2,300') with a hot-mix, asphalt concrete pavement section and new curb and gutter. The layout shall generally match the existing road configuration. Existing ACP waterlines will be removed and replaced with ~2,700 LF of new, 8" C900 PVC/CL350 DIP waterlines. Existing VCP wastewater lines will be either removed and replaced with ~101 LF of new 8" SDR26 PVC, rehabilitated with ~320 LF of 8" CIPP liner, and pipebursted with ~1,300 LF of 8"/12" HDPE. The proposed storm improvements include the removal of ~2,100 LF of existing 15"-48" RCP and the installation of ~1,000 LF of new 18"-36" Class III RCP, ~1,400 LF of new HS-20 RCB (sizes include: 3'x2', 5'x3', and 4'x3') and new junction box/manholes and curb inlets. Other items include third-party utility adjustments and the installation of two (2) new streetlight poles and associated infrastructure.
