Demolition, site work, new construction and addition to a mixed-use development in Corpus Christi, Texas. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a playground / park / athletic field; for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

With this project, the existing restroom/shower facilities will be demolished and replaced with new restroom/shower facilities. The existing basketball court will also be renovated to like-new condition with new appurtenances, as well as the addition of a new pavilion to accommodate a designated outdoor activity facility. The new and improved facilities would provide a better experience to sunrise beach visitors and also provide additional actives to diversify the visiting population. These facilities will be updated to meet Texas Accessibility Standards and to provide a higher quality experience to the visitors.
