The City of Oregon City is seeking sealed proposals from qualified consultants to provide long term planning services to address existing and future city government physical facility needs. Consultants are invited to submit a proposal outlining their experience and qualifications in performing work directly related to the services required. Potential bidders are responsible for ensuring that contact information is registered correctly and that email updates are being received and not being sent to spam folders. It is in the best interest of potential bidders to check the website periodically to ensure all updates are received. The City is not responsible for failure of bidders to receive notifications of changes or corrections made by the City and posted as stated above. All Proposers are required to comply with the provisions of Oregon Revised Statutes and the Oregon Attorney General Model Rules. The City of Oregon City reserves the right (1) to reject any or all proposals not in compliance with public bidding procedures, 2) to postpone award of the contract for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days from date of proposal opening, (3) to waive informalities in the proposals, and (4) to select the proposal which appears to be in the best interest of the City. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
