On behalf of the Board of Curry County Commissioners and pursuant to and in compliance with the NM State Procurement Code, Curry County hereby invites competitive sealed bids from qualified companies to provide telephone communication systems and wiring and other low voltage wiring for Curry County, Clovis, New Mexico 88101. Curry County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any formalities and technicalities. Curry County is an affirmative action and equal opportunity employer. The anticipated term of a contract awarded as a result of this BID shall be from award date for two (2) years. The contract may be renewed according to the terms stated herein for one (1) additional two (2) year period. A pre-bid conference is not scheduled.
