Lackawanna County is in need of Landscaping Services at their Park & Rides, Stockpile 01 and Scenic Overlook. The contractor shall furnish all equipment, personnel and materials for ground maintenance for the following: Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Stockpile 01, located in Lackawanna County at 1034 Morgan Highway, Clarks Summit. Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Park N Ride, located in Lackawanna County on State Route 247 (I-84, Exit 8), Mt Cobb. Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Park N Ride, located in Lackawanna County on State Route 247, (Rt 6, Exit 3), Jessup. Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Park N Ride, located in Lackawanna County on State Route 1039, (Rt 6, Exit 6,), Mayfield Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Park N Ride, located in Lackawanna County on State Route 307, (I-380, Exit 20), Daleville Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Scenic Overlook, located in Lackawanna County on State Route 6 west, seg. 515 (Casey Highway), Carbondale Township. The limits of work shall begin at the exit ramp where traffic might exit the state route, through the site to the end of the entrance ramp where traffic will again enter the state route; from the edge of the state route then following the to the right of way fence or established tree line. All areas inside these limits are to be included in the bid prices. The contractor shall submit a copy of their pesticide business license and complete and return their applicator license record form with their bid. The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, hereafter referred to as PennDOT, requires property maintenance at the areas listed for a period of 12 months. Under this contract there is a renewal option - by mutual consent of both parties, this contract shall be renewable at the price quoted for a one-year period for a total of four (4) such renewals. Each renewal will receive a five (5) percent increase over current unit prices. This procurement is set aside for bid and award to small businesses only.
