Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Slayton, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
The work will be accomplished through multiple contracts with Murray County, with Contegrity Group Inc. acting as the Construction Manager. The following categories of work will be bid (subject to change): Earthwork/Utilities, Concrete, Polished Concrete, Precast Concrete, Masonry, Steel Erection, Carpentry, Woodwork/Casework, Roofing, Overhead Doors, Aluminum Storefront/Windows & Glazing, Gypsum Board, Acoustical Treatments, Flooring, Painting, Bridge Crane, Fire Protection, Mechanical/Plumbing, HVAC, Controls, Testing/Adjusting & Balancing, Electrical As of April 26, 2023, sitework has commenced. Construction completion is expected June 2024. *This project has been awarded and all trades have been let.
