The Work of this Contract consists of the following: Playground modernization at 5 campuses. Cherry Chase ES, Vargas ES, Fairwood ES, San Miguel, and Cumberland ES Selective demolition and construction necessary for the Modernization to existing school play areas, including associated civil, architectural, structural, plumbing, mechanical and/or electrical work as indicated in the Drawings and Specifications. Generally, these categories of work involve handicap accessibility retrofits and pertain to changing and expanding selected infrastructure utilities, and extensive modifications. The Project will involve the phasing and barricading of work areas as indicated on the Plans and enumerated in these Specifications. Playground Modernization at 5 Campuses: Cherry Chase ES, Cumberland ES, Fairwood ES, San Miguel ES, Vargas ES. Additional work scope is delineated in bid documents which include but not limited to shade structures, play structure, and associated site work.
