To provide the school district with engineered wood fiber for playgrounds (IPEMA certified). The purpose of this ITB is to find a responsible contractor(s) to provide Engineered Wood Fiber (EWF) for playgrounds as requested by CCPS. Services will be for any CCPS sites as necessary and will be performed in conjunction with the full knowledge of the Maintenance Department. Bidder(s) shall abide by the minimum requirements set hereto. All items are to be utilized as needed at various locations throughout CCPS. All prices bid shall be for a period beginning January 1, 2023 and ending December 31, 2023. The contract may be renewed annually on the expiration date of the original contract. This renewal may be accomplished up to three (3) times, provided the price schedule remains unchanged, or the price decrease is set at a price acceptable to the vendor(s) and CCPS. Renewals will be for a one (1) year period, from January 1 to December 31. All renewals are contingent upon satisfactory performance by the Contractor and the availability of funds. Actions taken under this provision will be at the option of CCPS. All requests, questions, and inquiries shall be received at least seven (7) business days, unless otherwise stated within this ITB, before the due date
